Freight charges may be added to the invoice. The freight charges will be based on weight, distance and value of the order. All freight charges are subject to change without prior notice. These conditions do not apply to our Distributors and Resellers in Canada and USA. All returns need to by approved by a Zoo-Max® customer service. 15% charges + shipping cost will be deducted to your credited invoice.
